Fuzzy Static Strength Reliability of Steel Thin-wall Internal Pressure Vessels Based on Information Entropy Theory

摘  要:基于信息熵中模糊性度量与随机性度量相等可实现模糊变量等效随机变量的原理,把钢制薄壁内压容器的静强度等效为随机静强度,讨论了按我国标准设计与制造的钢制薄壁内压容器模糊静强度在最苛刻压力试验条件下的可靠性。研究表明,在最苛刻的气压试验和液压试验条件下,钢制薄壁内压圆筒模糊屈服强度的模糊可靠度分别为0.969 26与0.788 1,模糊爆破强度的模糊可靠度分别为0.999 999 975 3与0.999 982 63;钢制薄壁内压球形容器模糊屈服强度的模糊可靠度分别为0.992 024与0.898 0,模糊爆破强度的模糊可靠度分别为0.999 998 931与0.999 878 7;扁平绕带式容器模糊屈服强度的模糊可靠度分别为0.992 656与0.929 22,模糊爆破强度的模糊可靠度分别为0.999 999 442与0.999 972 11。The fuzzy static strength was transferred into random variable of steel thin-wall internal pressure vessels, based on information entropy theory that fuzzy entropy was equal to proba bility entropy. The fuzzy static strength reliability was quantitatively analyzed that of steel thin-wall internal pressure vessels under most severe conditions of pressure tests. For most severe conditions of pressure tests of barometrical or hydraulic pressure tests, the researching results show that:①for steel thin-wall internal cylinders, the yield strength fuzzy reliability is equal to 0.96926 or 0.7881,the bursting strength fuzzy reliability is equal to 0.9999999753 or 0.59998263. ②For steel thin-wall internal spherical vessels or spherical heads, the yield strength fuzzy reliability is equal to 0.992024 or 0.8980,the bursting strength fuzzy reliability of cylinder is equal to 0.999998931 or 0.9998787.③For flat ribbon-wound pressure vessels,the yield strength fuzzy reliability is equal to 0.992656 or 0.92922, the bursting strength fuzzy reliability is equal to 0.999999442 or 0.999 7211.
