摘  要:对萃取方法从硫化镍矿浸出液中萃取分离铜进行了试验研究。结果表明:选取N902作萃取剂,经过两级萃取,铜萃取率平均为98.65%,镍萃取率平均为0.44%;用硫酸反萃,铜反萃率平均为99.54%;铜的回收率较高,可达98.20%。Copper is successfully separated from the leaching solution of a nickel sulfide ore by solvent extration technology. On the basis of conscientious research and all - round analysis, the reagent N902 is selected as extractant. Test results showed that the average extraction rate of copper is 98.65% ,and that of nickel is 0.44% in two stages extraction. Copper is effectively separated by the extraction process. The results of stripping by H2 SO4 is satisfactory,average stripping rate of copper is 99.54%. The recovery of copper can reach 98.20%.
