摘 要:铅酸储备电池是旋转弹电引信使用最多的化学电源之一,在非旋转条件下使用较为少见。针对非旋转弹无转速或转速低的特点,分析了铅酸储备电池应用在非旋转弹引信上需解决可靠激活及电解液保持两项关键技术,提出了利用后坐激活、利用引信其他部件提供的外力激活及特别设计的机构激活解决可靠激活和利用在电池电极间填充吸附隔膜解决电解液保持等技术途径。验证试验表明:铅酸储备电池可以在非旋转条件下应用,发挥其可靠性高、工艺简单以及低成本等优势,为非旋转弹电引信电源的研制提供了更多的技术选择方案。Lead acid reserve battery is one of the most commonly used chemical power supplies in electrical fuzes for spinning projectiles,but its application in non-spinning condition is very rare.According to the characteristics of non-spinning projectile without spinning or its spinning being very low,the feasibility and key technology for the application of lead acid reserve battery to non-spinning projectile are analyzed,the technical ways to active it reliably and remain the electrolyte are put forward.Verification tests indicate that the lead acid reserve battery can be used in non-spinning condition and has the advantages of high reliability,simple process,low cost etc,thus provides more technical selecting schemes for the development of electrical fuze power supply for non-spinning projectile.
