牧草转基因技术研究现状与展望

摘　　要：本文对应用转基因技术进行牧草育种的国内外概况及进展进行了综述。文中介绍了牧草基因转化受体、转化方法及牧草基因工程遗传改良等方面的研究现状。作者认为，目前牧草转基因技术虽存在弊端需克服，但利用转基因技术进行牧草遗传改良仍具有广阔的应用前景。The advance of regeneration and genetic manipulation in herbage breeding is introduced. The review summarized transformation and methods by plantlet regeneration; the present condition of genetic improvement was showed. The successful possibility of regeneration and genetic manipulation in herbage breeding was described although lots of defects may be solved in recent.
