摘 要:在福州山地引种了17种牧草,通过山羊分区轮牧、草食性鱼类养殖、小型草食畜禽饲养、食用菌栽培和沼气秸秆发酵等利用方式研究牧草种植利用效果与能量转化率。结果表明:暖季主栽牧草杂交狼尾草、印度豇豆,冷季主栽牧草黑麦草的太阳能利用率分别为2.61%、1.71%和1.11%,试验区牧草种植的太阳能利用率为0.71%。山羊对牧草能量的转化率达2.91%,而鹅、鱼、兔的转化率依次为1.43%,1.11%和1.01%。经过试验区各生产项目生产规模的合理安排以及增加食用菌、沼气发酵系统的再生能源产出,牧草的总能转化率达到2.02%。17 cultivars of forage grass have been introduced and cultured in hilly area of Fuzhou.Through the utilizing manners of rotation grazing of goat, grass-eating fish raising, growth of small-size livestock and poultry, cultivation of edible fungi and straw fermentation, the cultivation and utilization efficiency of forage grasses, the solar energy transformation in hilly area were studied. The results showed that, the solar energy-utilizing rates of the main cuhivars in warm season, Pennisetum americanumxP. pureum, Vigna sinensis Sari. Var. and cold season, Lolium multiflorum Lam were 2.61%, 1.71% and 1.11%respectively, the solar energy-utilizing rate in trial area was 0.71%. The energy-transforming rates of forage grass by goat reached 2.91%, they reached 1.43%, 1.11% and 1.01% respectively by goose, fish and rabbit. After integrating with the energy-recycling practices of edible fungus cultivation and straw fermentation, the energy-transforming rate of forage grass in trial area reached as high as 2.02%.
