女性人力资源开发与新农村建设协调发展研究——基于浙江农村女性人力资源开发的分析

摘　　要：农村女性人力资源是新农村建设的重要力量,尤其在男性劳动力向城市大规模转移的地区,更是成为支撑农村经济建设的"半边天"。文章以浙江省为例,通过调研和分析统计数据的方法,分析了女性人力资源开发对新农村建设的重要作用,并针对目前开发过程中出现的新问题提出有效建议,以促进女性人力资源开发与新农村建设的协调发展。Women in rural areas are an important force in the construction of new rural communities, particularly where most men have left for cities. The present paper, taking Zhejiang province as example and building on investigations and statistics, analyzes the roles of women as indispensable human resources in the construction of new rural communities, and puts forward suggestions for problems therein, in expectation of better incorporating the resources of women in the eonstruetion of new rural communities.
