摘　　要：目的了解上海市职业人群血脂水平状况,分析其性别差异和随年龄变化的规律。方法检测3068名职业人员总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果3068名职业人员中血脂异常检出率为17.05%,其中男性为12.03%,女性为5.02%。结论上海市职业人群血脂异常明显偏高,血脂异常的检出率随年龄的增加而增高,男性明显高于女性,血脂异常的发生有逐年增加和年轻化趋势。Objective To investigate serum lipid levels and prevalence of lipid abnormalities in some parts of Shanghai professional population and the changing trends. Methods The serum levels of total cholesterol（TC） , triglyceride（TG） , high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） were measured in 3 068 professional individuals. Results The prevalence of abnormal serum lipid level was 17.05%. It was 12.03% among male group,5.02% among female group. Conclusions The prevalence of abnormal serum lipid level among the professional population of some parts in Shanghai was rather high. The prevalence rate of abnormal serum lipid levels among men was higher than that among women. The prevalence rate of all kinds of dyslipidemia increased with age. Prevalence rate of dyslipidemia among young people showed ascending trend.
