摘　　要：技术价值论的形成和确立有其内在的根源。从技术的社会功能层面推导出技术负载着技术主体的伦理价值,因为技术作为征服、改变和利用自然的中介,确证了技术主体的环境伦理责任,无论技术主体意识与否,承认与否,伦理价值都或隐或显地融入技术之中,并承担相应责任。This paper analyzes the internal origin of the theory of technological value. It derives, from the social function of technology, the ethical values of technological subjects who are loaded with technology. Technology, as the medium of conquering, changing and making use of nature, corroborates the environmental ethical responsibilities of technological subjects.
