摘　　要：目的:了解正常妇女阴道需氧菌群的构成。方法:对北京地区872例健康体检妇女进行阴道需氧菌群培养,对菌群的构成进行分析。结果:①阴道感染患者的阴道菌群培养的阳性率高于正常妇女(P<0.05),而年龄对菌群培养的阳性率无明显影响;②北京地区正常妇女阴道主要需氧菌群为草绿色链球菌、类白喉棒状杆菌,念珠菌、粪肠球菌和表皮葡萄球菌;③在月经周期的不同时段,阴道需氧菌群的构成亦不相同。结论:了解阴道正常菌群的构成情况将有助于促进阴道感染的临床治疗及研究。Objective： To investigate the composition of vaginal aerobic microbial flora of healthy women in Beijing. Methods： Vaginal secretions of 872 healthy women in Beijing were cultured for aerobic flora, and the composition of the flora was analyzed. Results： ①The positive rate culture of the women who had vaginitis was higher than that of the women who had not, while it was not affected by the age of the women.②The main vaginal flora of the women in Beijing was Streptococcus viridans, Corynebacterium diphtheroides, Candida, Enterococcus faecalis and Staphylococcus epidermidis. ③At the different period of menstruation, the main flora was also different. Conclusion： Understanding the composition of vaginal flora might make for improving the immunology study of vagina and the treatment of vaginal infections.
