摘 要:在弱碱介质中及CTMAB存在下,TPPS_4可与Hg(Ⅱ)形成配合物而使它的荧光猝灭.当有CN^-离子存在时,由于形成稳定的汞氰配合物致使体系的荧光增强,荧光增强的程度正比于CN^-的含量,据此建立了荧光测定微量氰化物的新方法.该法简便快速灵敏,检测限为6.7ppb.用于部分工业废水中微量总氰化物的测定,结果良好.A sensitive method for the fluorimetric determination of trace amount of c a-nide ion is described. In a weakly alkaline medium containing CTMAB, the fluorescence of TPPS, is quenched because of forming Hg( II)-TPPS4-CTMAB complex. However, when cyanide ion is present, TPPS4 is liberated from the complex since a stable Hg( II )-CN-complex is formed, and the fluorescence intensity of the system is increased. The increment of the fluorescence intensity is proportional to the amounts of the cyanide ion in the system. Based on this, a rapid and simple method with a detection limit of 6.7ppb for the determination of trace amount of c anide ion has been developed and successfully used in the determination of cyanide ion in waste water samples.
