摘  要:目的:研究直接数字成像方法对根尖周微小骨病损检测能力以及图像处理功能对诊断结果的影响。方法:在干燥的下颌骨骨皮质上制作直径0.6~2.0mm圆形病损,采用直接数字成像方法拍摄标准化根尖定位片,得到原始数字图像,利用系统软件图像处理功能对原始数字图像进行优化处理,由5名医师采用双盲法,对拍摄结果评估。结果:直接数字成像方法对于直径在0.6~2.0mm根尖周实验性骨病损检测的能力随着病损增大而提高。图像处理功能可以改变对部分图像的诊断能力,但就整体而言对诊断能力并无影响。结论:直接数字成像方法对实验性根尖周微小骨病损具有极高的检测能力,为临床根尖周早期、微小骨破坏性疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断提供了可靠的依据。Objective:To study the diagnostic performance of direct dental radiography,with and without imaging pro-cessing,in periapical bone lesions.Methods:The experimental periapical bone lesions were made in six dry human mandible using #1/2 to 7 round burs.The sizes of round burs were 0.6-2.0 mm.The radiographic images were taken by direct digital ra-diographic system.The images with and without imaging processing were reading by 5 observers.The results were evaluated with statistically analysis.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of digital dental radiography was much better with enlarging of bone lesions.But there was no significant effect for the diagnosis using the diagnostic performance.Conclusion:The direct digital dental radiography is a promising technique for detection of experimental small periapical bone lesions.The results are valuable on diagnosis of clinical periapical bone lesions.
