摘　　要：目的运用cochrane评价系统的方法评价当前国内推拿疗法对神经根型颈椎病的有效性与安全性。方法计算机检索CBM(1978—2008年4月)、CNKI(1979—2008年4月)、VIP(1989—2008年4月)3个数据库,辅以手工检索。电话访问标称随机对照试验作者证实是否真正RCT;纳入推拿疗法治疗神经根型型颈椎病的随机对照试验并对其进行质量评价。结果研究均有选择性偏倚、实施测量性偏倚、损耗性偏倚的高度可能性,质量等级均为"C"级。且只有3个研究证明实验组的有效率优于对照组。4个研究均未出现不良反应而终止试验。结论所纳入的4个研究中,由于目前推拿疗法的不统一,质量不高,诊断标准、随访时间、结果测量标准不一致,因此需要开展大样本、多中心,方法学规范的高质量随机对照试验进一步验证。Objective It is to evaluate the efficiency and safety of manipulative therapy for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by Cochrane evaluating system at present. Methods 3 data bases including CBM（1978 to 2008.4）, CNKI（1979 to 2008.4） and VIP（ 1989 to 2008.4） were retrieved by computer with assistance of artificial retrieve. Telephone survey was used with authors which adopted randomized controlled study in order to verify whether real RCT or not, and randomized controlled study on nerve root cervical spondylosis treatment with massage was adopted and curative effects were evaluated. Results High possibility of selective bias existed all cases and quality grades were ＂C＂. Only three studies proved that experimental group was more effective than the control. Four studies all didn＇ t stop experiment for adverse reaction. Conclusion Because low quality and difference of diagnostic criteria, follow-up time, measurement standard at present existed in the four studies above, high quality random-control studies by more samples, multi-center, normative methodology are needed to do further verification.
