盐酸舍曲林联合西地那非治疗早泄患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较盐酸舍曲林单独应用与联合西地那非治疗早泄患者的临床疗效与安全性。方法:60例诊断为早泄患者,随机分成A组(n=30):服用盐酸舍曲林50mg/d;B组(n=30):服用盐酸舍曲林同A组,同时每次性生活前服用西地那非25-100mg;8周为1个疗程。以治疗前后阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)、中国早泄患者性功能评价表(CIPE-5)的变化来评价早泄治疗效果。结果:治疗8周后,A、B组IELT都有明显延长,A组有效率为36%,B组有效率为68%;CIPE-5评分明显提高,A组有效率为27%,B组有效率为80%,组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。A、B组的不良反应均为轻度。结论:盐酸舍曲林联合西地那非较单一舍曲林治疗早泄,取得了更好的疗效。Objective： To evaluate the effects and safety of combined sertralin and sildenafil treatment on premature ejaculation （PE）. Methods： A total of sixty patients with primary PE were included in the protocol. Patients were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A received sertraline 50 mg/d for 8 weeks. Group B were given group A regimen plus flexible doses of sildenafil from 25 mg to 100 mg. The outcome of PE treatment was evaluated by IELT and CIPE-5 before and after treatment. Results： IELT was significantly extended and there were higher scores of CIPE-5 in patients after treatment, than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. The patients in both of the groups had mild drug-related side effects. Conclusion： Sertraline combined with sildenafil can produce significantly better results than sertraline alone in patients with PE.
