摘　　要：以喷油器的检测为核心,提出高压共轨燃油喷射系统喷油异常故障的检测诊断程序,建立检测流程框图;介绍就车检测喷油故障的方法与检测结果分析方法,提出故障喷油器的筛选方法;简要介绍故障喷油器试验测试的方法和注意事项。The author proposes the detection and diagnostic procedures of abnormal oil injection in the high pressure common rail fuel injection system, establishes the detection procedure diagram, introduces the methods of on-vehicle detection and detection result analysis. Also proposes how to sift the faulty sprayer and introduces the testing way and points for attention in experiment of faulty sprayer.
