摘  要:DNA存储着生物体赖以生存和繁衍的遗传信息,维护DNA分子的完整性对细胞至关紧要。外界环境和生物体内部的因素都会导致DNA分子的损伤或改变,微核试验是检测外来化合物对染色体损伤作用的重要方法,已在国内外普遍应用。蜘蛛是许多农、林害虫的天敌,在生物防治中起重要作用,保护和利用蜘蛛已成为生物防治的一项重要内容。本文主要是通过2种染色方法吉姆萨染色法和吖啶橙染色法对蜘蛛血细胞进行微核试验,比较2种染色方法的优劣。DNA is the storehouse of genetic information for all organisms' survival and reproduction, so maintaining DNA integrity is crucial for cell survival. The external environment and internal factors organisms are often led to DNA molecules injury or change. Micro-nuclear test is an important method to detect the damage of foreign compounds to chromosome, which has been widely used at home and abroad. Spider is a kind of natural enemy of agricultural and forest pests, play an important role in biological control, protection and utilization of spiders has become an important part of biological control. This paper was used in two ways Giemsa staining and acridine orange staining to spider hemocytes for micro-nuclear tests, comparing the pros and cons of the two stainings.
