摘　　要：我国农村金融市场的发展受到诸多因素的制约,农村金融市场的自身运作效率和对经济作用的效率低下,不能很好满足新农村发展对金融服务的需求。建议通过改革农村金融市场主体,加快发展农村资金拆借市场和票据市场,完善农村保险市场,积极推进农村利率市场化改革,引导农村非正规金融发展等,强化农村金融服务。The development of China＇s rural financial market is restricted by many factors. Both the operation in rural financial markets and their influence upon economy are inefficient, which cannot meet the demand for financial services in New Countryside development. This paper proposes a reform in the main body of rural financial market in order to accelerate the development of rural fund-lending market and hill market, improve the rural insurance market, promote actively the market-oriented reform in interest rate, guide the non-formal financial development and strengthen the rural financial services.
