甲状腺机能亢进症患者内关穴伏安特性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察甲状腺机能亢进症患者内关穴伏安特性的变化规律。方法:应用穴位伏安特性检测系统测定33例甲状腺机能亢进患者和30例健康志愿者内关穴和对照点伏安面积、惯性面积。结果:甲亢患者左右两侧内关穴增程、减程伏安面积,惯性面积显著小于对照点(P<0.05,P<0.01);健康志愿者左右内关穴增程、减程伏安面积和右侧内关穴惯性面积显著小于对照点(P<0.05,P<0.01);两侧穴位伏安特性比较显示,甲亢患者右侧内关穴惯性面积显著大于左侧(P<0.05);甲亢患者内关穴伏安特性与正常人比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲亢患者左右内关穴伏安特性存在失衡现象。Objective： To observe the volt-ampere characteristics of acupoint Neiguan （PC 6） in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods： A self-made high-sensitive apparatus for detecting volt-ampere characteristics of acupeint was applied to detect volt-ampere curves of acupoint Neignan （PC 6） and a control point in 33 hyperthyroidism patients and 30 healthy people. Results： In hyperthyroidism patients, the volt-ampere areas of ampere-increasing scan and ampere-decreasing scan and the inertia areas in right and left Neiguan （PC 6） were significantly smaller than those in the control points （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）; in healthy people, the volt-ampere areas of ampere-increasing scan and ampere-decreasing scan in the right and left Neignan （PC 6） and the inertia areas in right Neiguan （PC 6） were significantly smaller than those in the control points （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）; in hyperthyroidism patients, the inertia area in the right Neignan （PC 6） was larger than the left one （P 〈 0.05）; however, the volt-ampere characteristic of acupoint Neignan （PC 6） in hyperthyroidism patients was similar to the healthy people （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： There is an imbalance in the volt-ampere characteristic between the right and left acupoints Neiguan （PC 6） in hyperthy-roidism patients.
