摘 要:在大型流化床装置上,采用多点压力测量仪测量料腿内的压力分布,实验结果表明负压差立管两相流的流态由入口旋转段、稀相下落段和下部密相段三部分组成。影响料腿内压力分布的主要因素是料腿两端的压差,而与翼阀的位置无关;料腿内的的料封高度与料腿两端的压差和翼阀的插入位置有关;颗粒质量流率对压力分布影响明显,料腿两端的压差影响较小。The pressure distribution of the standpipe has been experimentally studied in a large gas-solid fluidized-bed test facility with multi-point pressure detector. Analysis on experimental data, it is concluded that the fluid regimes in the standpipe are consisted of entrance rotary segment, lean phase segment and dense phase segment, and the pressure distribution of the standpipe is relative to the pressure drop of the standpipe and independent of the position of the trickle valve, and the height of the dense phase segment relates to the pressure drop of the standpipe and the position of the trickle valve, and solid flux has obvi- ous influence on the pressure distribution.
