摘  要:研制了一种新型的烧结沸石吸附剂单元管。对4种含水的烧结沸石吸附剂的有效导热系数λeff进行了实验研究。发现含水量x及脱附速率δx/δt对λeff影响很大;且烧结沸石复合吸附剂的有效导热系数明显高于烧结纯沸石颗粒和烧结纯沸石原粉;添加石墨后,其有效导热系数最高达到0.564W/(m·K),与散装沸石颗粒相比,提高6~8倍。A new-style unit tube of adsorption refrigeration coated with sintered zeolite adsorbent has been developed. And the heat transfer performance of four kinds of sintered zeolite adsorbent was studied. The results show that the effective heat conductivity of sintered composite adsorbent was effected greatly by the water and the variation rate of the water contented in adsorbent. And compared with zeolite power and zeolite granule the effective thermal conductivity of sintered composite adsorbent is much higher. Then graphite was added in the sintered composite adsorbent, experimental results indicated that its maximum effective thermal conductivity was to 0.564W/( m·K) which increased by 6~8 times compared with ordinary zeolite granule.
