摘　　要：警察法治研究是法治研究的一个新领域,开展和深化警察法治研究对完善警察法治建设具有重要意义。基本范畴、体系建构、队伍建设和工作拓展是警察法治研究当前需要解决的主要问题;政治环境、法治环境、学术环境、警务实践环境的不断优化和社会和谐发展的客观要求是当前警察法治研究的发展契机;从理论到实践、从宏观到微观、从中心到外围、从历史到未来、从国内到国外进行研究是警察法治研究当前应当采取的研究途径。The field of researches on legalization of police power is new. However, to carry out and further such researches is of great significance in improving the legalizing of police power. Defining basic scopes, system constructing and team building for and to extend such researches are the first and foremost problems to be settled. The improving of political, legal, academic and police practical environments and the harmonizing of society development have occasions for extending such researches. Presently, the methods from theory to practice, macro to micro, centre to fringe, history to future and domestic to abroad should be followed while carrying out such researches.
