摘　　要：作为担保贷款的一种,保证贷款具有自己的特点。保证方式可分为一般保证和连带责任保证。在保证期间,与债权人的诉讼保护时效问题和无效保证合同民事责任问题等方面,保证贷款也有自己的特殊规定。我国的保证贷款制度还存在一定的问题,需要采取相应的对策予以完善。The guarantor loan has its own characteristics. The ways of guarantees can be divided into two types of general guarantees and related responsibility guarantees. Problems exist in the system of guarantor loan in China. Relevant measures should be taken to perfect it.
