摘　　要：汶川大地震不仅造成巨大的财产损失和人员伤亡,也对当地的生态环境产生不可忽视的负面影响。灾后恢复和重建把人居安全作为以人为本、构建社会主义和谐社会的基本要求,但对于什么是人居安全,如何实现人居安全,尚存在理论和实践上的不足。为此,我们对人居安全涵义及构建方略进行了探讨,以期对人居安全的关注起到抛砖引玉的作用。The Wenchuan Earthquake has resulted in enormous losses and deaths,and also endangered the local eco-environment. Habitat security is a fundamental require ment during the recovery and reconstruction of the ＋ disaster-affected areas in a people-centered and harmonious society. But there is a shortaye of theories and practices in habitat security. Therefore we analyze the meaning and give some suggestions on its construction so as to arouse more attention on habitat security.
