中药“清胰汤”减轻急性坏死性胰腺炎时氧自由基损伤的研究

摘　　要：观察急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)犬氧自由基的变化及中药清胰汤的治疗作用。方法:胰管内注射牛磺胆酸钠制作犬ANP模型后随机分为观察组和中药组,检测血清及脏器中SOD、MDA和淀粉酶;观察胰腺病理变化。结果:中药组血清及脏器中MDA明显下降,SOD上升,血淀粉酶下降,胰腺病理变化减轻。结论:中药清胰汤具有清除氧自由基的作用,减轻其对胰腺的损害。Aims:To observe the changes of oxygen free radicals(OFR) and the curative effect of Chinese medicine 'Qing Yi Tang' in acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP). Methods: After induction of ANP by injection of sodium taurocholate into pancreatic duct, 16 dogs were randomly divided into control group and Chinese medicine group. Serum amylase, SOD and MDA were determined on day 1,2, 4 and 7. The animals were sacrificed on day 7. SOD and MDA in organs were determined, and pathological changes of pancreas were observed. Results: As compared with control group, the levels of amylase and MDA in Chinese medicine group were decreased, while SOD increased significantly, and pathological changes were alleviated. Conclusion: 'Qing Yi Tang' showed its effect in clearing OFRs and alleviated the pathology of pancreas.
