摘　　要：文章介绍了我国区域发展战略的演进过程,分析了主体功能区建设的重大意义和深刻内涵,探讨了主体功能区规划理论探索中的重点和难点,结合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》的实施,从规划理念、规划内容和方法上,浅议了主体功能区规划对城乡规划的影响。This paper introduces the evolutionary process of the regional development strategies in China, then analyses the great significance of the construction of the Major Ftmction Oriented Zone （MFOZ）, as well as the priorities and difficulties in the theory of Major Function Oriented Zoning. Finally, in the context of the implementation of Urban and Rural Planning Law, it discusses the effects of MFOZ on urban and rural planning.
