摘　　要：东部产业西移是指东部地区的部分产业向中西部地区的转移过程,其主体是民营的中小型企业。东部产业西移对东部地区和中西部地区的经济发展将产生深远的影响,产业迁出地政府和产业迁入地政府在这历史进程中将发挥重要的作用。文章基于浙江产业西移的实践,探讨产业西移过程中政府协调机制的构建问题。The industry transferred from the East to the West refers to that some industries of Eastern province are transferred to the Central and Western region in China. Most of them are the small and medium-sized private enterprises. This program profoundly and lastingly influences the economic development in China. The governments in industry move-out areas and move-in areas will play important function in this historical course. This paper discusses about how to build coordinate mechanism among the local governments regarding the practicing in Zhejiang as the foundation.
