摘 要:目的:了解妊娠晚期妇女的超声骨密度状况,为确立骨量减少和骨质疏松症是晚期妊娠并发症之一提供依据。方法:选择147例正常妊娠晚期妇女为检测对象,用定量超声骨密度仪(QUS)测定受检者足跟部骨密度(BMD)值,随机选择200例正常健康非妊娠妇女作为对照组,并以孕周分为3组(Ⅰ组28~31周,Ⅱ组32~35周,Ⅲ组36~足月)进行组间对比研究。结果:妊娠晚期妇女BMD值较对照组明显下降,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅰ组BMD值比较均明显降低,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组比较差异无显著性。孕周与BMD值呈负相关性(r=-0.208,P<0.01),差异有显著性意义。结论:运用QUS测定晚孕BMD值,操作简便、安全,无创伤性,无辐射性,可客观评估妊娠晚期妇女的超声骨密度状况。Objective: To find out the BMD status and establish the normal reference value of BMD of women in late trimester of pregnancy for providing scientific foundation for osteoporosis diagnosis and prevention. Methods: BMD for calcaneus's in 147 pregnant women who lived in Shenzhen was measured with QUS made in USA, they were divided into three groups according to gestational weeks , Ⅰ group pregnant between 28 - 31weeks,Ⅱ group pregnant between 32 -35weeks, ill group pregnant between 36 weeks - pregnancy at term, at the same time select 200 healthy young women as control group. Results: The BMD showed a decreasing tendency with increasing gestational weeks. There were significant difference between Ⅰ group and other groups, no significant difference between Ⅱ and Ⅲ group. Pearson correlation analysis showed a negatively correlation between the gestational weeks and BMD. Conclusion: Measurement of bone mineral density in pregnant women using ultrasonic bone densitometry is an approach which is not only easy and simple to perform , but also safe, noninvasive, and non - radioactive. With this method, it is possible to objective evaluate the BMD status of women in late trimester of pregnancy.
