天然抗栓方药筛选研究

摘　　要：为探讨开发天然抗栓药的途径，本文对具有活血化瘀功效的19类575种中草药单方和122个复方进行了体外抗栓实验和整体动物抗栓实验筛选。结果发现，219种中草药和67个复方具有抗栓作用。开发天然抗栓药的途径是：（1）筛选具有活血化瘀功效的方药（含单、复方），是一条基本途径；（2）筛选活血化瘀类方药（尤破血下瘀方药），是一条重要途径；（3）筛选其他类方药，也不容忽视。In order to explorate the ways for developing anti - embolic agents from Natural medicines, 19 kinds in 575Chinese herbal medicines with efficacy in promoting blood circulation to resolve stais, including simpler drug prescriptions and 122 complex presriptions have been screened with anti - embolic experiments in vitro and in intact animals. Form the results it is shown that there are 219 chinese herbal medicines and 67 complex prescriptions with antiagents: (1 )the basic way is to screen medicines with efficacy in promafng blood circulation to rdsolve stasis, including medicines in simple or complex prescriptions; (2) an improtant way is to screen medicines in the kind belonging to promoting blood circulation to resolre stasis, especially these for removing blood stasis, including prescriptions and (3) a way not to be ignored is to screen other kinds of medicines and pre scriptions.
