摘 要:在UV/H2O2光催化体系中,通过高级氧化法在NiTi SMA表面生成贫Ni的Ti氧化膜。通过亲水性试验、血小板黏附试验以及MTT细胞毒性试验对改性后试样的生物相容性进行了系统的评价,研究发现改性后试样的亲水性得到明显改善。表面血小板黏附数量减少,变形和团聚现象得到抑制,形成血栓的可能性降低,血液相容性得到提高。改性后试样的细胞相对增殖率(RGR)高于化学抛光的试样,试样周围细胞分裂增生良好,与材料边缘结合自然,改性处理同样提高了试样的细胞相容性。结果表明光催化高级氧化是提高NiTiSMA生物相容性的一种有效方法。Advanced oxidation in gv/n2O2 photocatalytic system could results in the formation of a titanium oxides film depleted of Ni on NiTi shape memory alloy (SMA). In this work, the biocompatibility of advanced oxidized NiTi SMA was systematically investigated by contact angle test, platelet adhesive test and MTT cytotoxicity test. It was found that the wettability of NiTi SMA could be improved by photocatalytic oxidation. The number of platelets on surface modified NiTi SMA was decreased and moreover the phenomena of distortion and congregativeness of platelets were controlled, thus the possibility of thrombas formation was depressed. As a result, the hemocompatibility of NiTi SMA was improved. The relative growth rate (RGR) of fibroblasts of the modified NiTi SMA was higher than that for the chemically polished one. The cell proliferation in the vicinity of the modified NiTi SMA was well and the cells combined with the sample naturally. All those suggest that the cytocompatibility of the surface modified NiTi SMA was improved too. The results indicate that advanced oxidation in UV/H2O2 photocatalytic system is a promising way to improve the biocompatibility ofNiTi SMA.
