沾河林业局天保工程实施效果评价体系的构建

摘　　要：沾河林业局通过实施天保工程,取得了一定成效,而要判定天保工程的实施效果,需要对其进行评价。根据建立评价体系的原则和思路,结合沾河林业局实际情况,从生态效益、社会效益、经济效益三方面选定了30个评价指标,建立了天保工程实施效果评价体系,采用层次分析法进行具体评价。Through implementing natural forest protection program, Zhanhe forestry bureau had made some achievements. In order to estimate the effects of natural forest protection program, it is necessary to evaluate it. According to the principle of establishing evaluation system and the circumstances of Zhanhe forestry bureau, this paper selects thirty evaluation criteria which cover zoology benefit, society benefit and economy benefit to establish an evaluation system of implementation effect of natural forest protection program, hiberarchy analytical method was adopted in evaluation.
