胰头癌及壶腹周围癌的磁共振征像特征分析

摘　　要：目的:分析胰头癌及壶腹周围癌的磁共振胰胆管水成像(MRCP)和MRI征象特征,提高诊断认识水平。方法:对经磁共振检查并由病理证实的57例胰头癌及壶腹周围癌的图像特征进行归纳总结。结果:62.96%的胰头癌、100%的胆总管下段癌磁共振征像有特征性;部分壶腹癌与乳头癌在MRCP及MRI的征象相互交错。结论:常规MRI结合MRCP对胰头癌、壶腹周围癌有较高的诊断价值。Objective： To research imaging characteristics of periampullary carcinoma and pancreatic- head carcinoma at MRCP and MRI. Methods： 30 patients with periampullary carcinoma, 27 patients pancreatic- head carcinoma performed by MRI and MRCP and approvedby surgery and pathology were analyzed. Results： 62.96 % of the cases with pancreatic - head carcinoma and 100 % of the cases with carcinoma of distal bile duct showed typical characteristics on MRCP. It is difficult to distinguish ampullary cancer and papillary carcinoma at MRCP and MRI; ConcLusion： Using both MRCP and MRI can increase the diagnosis accuracy of periampullary carcinoma and pancreatic- head carcinoma.
