摘　　要：真武天然气集中处理站采用CWD-430双波管差压式计量装置计量天然气流量,存在结构复杂、计量准确度低等问题。通过引进SWP流量积算仪及高级孔板阀,实施生产工艺技术改造,实现了流量、压力等参数的自动采集,天然气计量准确度符合生产与外输要求,提高了企业的自动化管理水平。CWD-430 orifice flowmeter is used in Zhenwu Natural Gas Processing Plant to measure the flowing volume of natural gas.This kind of orifice flowmeter has problems of low metering precision and complicated structure.A technical reform is made to improve the metering accuracy through installing SWP flow totalizer and packaged orifice valve of high grade,which realizing parameter acquisition of flow rate and pressure of natural gas in automatic way.Modification results show that metering accuracy of natural gas meets the needs of gas processing production and outer transmission,thus automatic management level is raised as well.
