摘  要:采用直接沉淀法、PEG修饰直接沉淀法及均匀沉淀法3种液相法制备了纳米氧化锌,考察了不同制备方法对产品粒径、分散性、紫外吸收特性及抗菌性的影响。结果表明产品的粒径分别为7、9及14nm;3种方法制备的产品都在370nm处有紫外吸收峰;其中均匀沉淀法制备的产品在水中的分散性最好,对枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌活性最高。The ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized by the direct precipitation method, the PEG assisted precipitation method and the homogeneous precipitation method, respectively .The influence of the preparation method on the size of nanoparticles, dispersion of particles in water, their ultraviolet absorption and antibacterial effect was investigated. The results showed that the sizes of particles were 7 nm, 9 nm and 14 nm, respectively. All products showed a maximum of ultraviolet absorption at 370 nm. The product prepared by the homogeneous precipitation method demonstrated the best dispersion property in water and the highest antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis.
