摘  要:研究了硫酸皮肤素对番红花红染料发生缔合反应的条件,分光光度特征和分析化学性质。结果表明:在pH5.8的BR缓冲溶液中,硫酸皮肤素与番红花红形成离子缔合物时,染料发生明显的退色反应,最大退色波长位于552nm处。体系吸光度的降低与硫酸皮肤素的浓度成正比,硫酸皮肤素浓度在0.09~3.0μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,摩尔吸光系数ε达1.02×106L·mol-1·cm-1,相关系数r>0.999,其检出限为0.029μg/mL(3σ)。研究了共存物质的影响,表明方法选择性好,用于猪皮提取液中硫酸皮肤素的测定,结果满意。The reaction conditions, the spectrophotometric characteristics, and the analytical properties of the ion association complex of dermatan sulfate with the safranine dye were studied, The method was .based on the discoloration reaction between dermatan sulfate and safranine dye in the Britton Robinson solution at a pH value of 5,8. The reduction in absorbancein of the said system was directly proportional to the concentration of dermatan sulfate. The Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.09- 3.0 μg/mL dermatan sulfate for the acridine orange system. The molar absorptivity ( ε )" was 1.02 × 10^6 L· mol^-1 · cm^-1. Taking the. acridine orange system as an example, the effect of surfactants and coexisting substances was investigated. The results showed that the method had good selectivity. The method has been applied to determine the dcrmatan sulfate with satisfactory results.
