摘 要:采用生物酶轧堆法对纯棉坯布进行前处理,筛选出较佳的工艺条件为:淀粉酶用量6g/L,果胶酶24g/L;退煮漂一步法和退煮+漂白两步法复合酶pH值为6~7,处理时间为16h;退浆、精练、漂白三步法中淀粉酶退浆pH值为6~7,退浆时间5—6h,果胶酶精练pH值为8~9,精练时间7~9h。将处理后的织物用涂料轧染染色,其织物的染色深度、匀染性和色牢度等方面均能达到常规前处理的染色效果。Cotton grey fabric was pretreated with enzyme pad-batch process, and the optimized conditions were selected as follows: amylase 6 g/L, pectinase 24 g/L, treating at pH value 6 for 16 h at one-step process of desizing-scouring-bleaching and two-step process of desizing-scouring & bleaching; in three-step process of desizing, scouring and bleaching, desizing with amylase at pH value 6 -7 for 5 -6 h, scouring with pectinase at pH value 8 -9 for 7 -9 h. The treated fabric was dyed with pigment pad dyeing process, and the same effects of dyeing depth, evenness and fastness were obtained compared with conventional dyeing process.
