摘 要:采用硅氧烷溶胶整理剂对棉针织物进行抗起球整理,研究了溶胶稳定性、pH值和温度对凝胶成膜的影响。根据织物抗起球等级、摩擦系数、压缩比功测试和SEM观察,探讨了溶胶用量和水洗次数对针织物抗起球性能的影响,提出了工业化工艺处方。测试结果表明,棉针织物经此工艺整理后,抗起球等级从未整理的1.5级提高至3~4级,基本无色差,强力和弹性略有提高,手感基本不变。Cotton knits were treated with silane-sol agent for anti-pilling finish. Effects of stability of sol solution, pH value and temperature on gelating/film forming were discussed. Influences of sol dosage and washing times on pilling properties of knits were studied, and industrialized conditions were suggested according to anti-pilling rate, friction coefficient, compressing work of unit and SEM. Results showed that, compared with untreated fabric, anti-pilling rate of treated fabric improved from grade 1.5 to grade 3 -4, and strength and elasticity improved slightly without color difference and changing of handle.
