摘　　要：扎染是一种传统的手工印染技术,影响扎染效果的工艺因素众多,批量化生产的色泽重现性较差。通过对扎制松紧程度、花型块面大小、染料选用及染色工艺条件等诸因素的研究,总结提出严格控制各项工艺条件的方法和措施,以提高扎染批量化续缸染色重现性,实现了扎染的批量化生产。Tie dyeing is a traditional manual dyeing process. There are so many factors affecting the effect of tie dyeing that color reproducibility of batch production is poor. By studying tightness of tying, acreage of pattern, dyes and conditions of tie dyeing process, concrete methods and measures of improving color reproducibility were summarized, which solved the problem of color reproducibility and realized batch production of tie dyeing with successive vat.
