摘　　要：综述抗血管生成类药物与放疗联用治疗肿瘤的临床前研究进展,简介抗血管生成类药物和放疗的作用机制,着重探讨二者联用的协同机制及对临床试验设计的指导意义。Recent preclinical studies on combined effects of antiangiogenic agents and radiotherapy in antitumor therapy were reviewed. The mechanisms of action of antiangiogenic agents and radiotherapy were briefly introduced, and the synergic mechanism of the bi-combined use and the directive function of these studies for the design of clinical trials of the dual therapy were emphatically explored.
