固心胶囊治疗绝经后女性冠心病及对雌激素代谢影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察固心胶囊治疗绝经后女性冠心痛的临床疗效,并观察其对雌二醇(E_2)的影响。方法:40例气虚血瘀型患者随机分为2组,对照组20例予冠心病基础治疗配合瓜萎薤白半夏汤口服;试验组20例在对照组治疗的基础上加服固心胶囊,疗程均为4周。结果:心绞痛疗效:总有效率试验组为95.0%.对照组为80.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后心绞痛发作频率、持续时间均较治疗前显著减少,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);试验组改善优于对照组,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。硝酸甘油停减率试验组为85.0%,对照为50.0%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。中医证候总疗效比较:总有效率试验组为95.0%,对照组为75.0%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗后试验组E_2水平明显升高,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:固心胶囊对绝经后女性冠心病有较显著的疗效,能改善雌激素水平,这可能是其作用机制之一。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Guxin Cap- sules (GC) for the treatment of poatmenopausal coronary heart disease and to observe its effect on eatrogen metabolism.Methods:Forty pestmenopausal coronary heart disease patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were equally randomized into 2 groups.The two groups received western routine medicine for coronary disease,and the control group received Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoc- tion additionally,and the treatment group treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Guxin Capsule additionally.The treatment lasted 4 weeks.Re- sults:The effective rate on angina pectoris was 95.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group (P<0.05).The attack frequency and dura- tion of angina pectoris were obviously decreased in the two groups after treat- ment (P<0.01 compared with those before treatmem),and the decrease in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The rate on suspending or reducing nitroglycerin was 85.0% in the treatment group and 50.0% in the control group (P<0.01).The total effec- tive rate on syndrome manifestations was 95.0% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group (P<0.01).The serum E_2 level was increased in the treatment group,and the difference was significant as compared with that before treatment and with that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion: GC is effective for the treatment of postmenopausal coronary heart disease,and one of its therapeutic mechanisms may be related with the improvement of estro- gen level.
