摘 要:对酸性、碱性及多元化学镀镍层的性能进行了对比。采用失重法测试了3种镀层的耐蚀性,测定了镀层在HCl溶液及NaCl溶液中的极化曲线,分析了3种镀层在不同温度下的硬度变化,测定了镀层热处理前、后的X射线衍射图。结果表明:多元Ni–Cu–P镀层的耐蚀性最佳,酸性镀镍层次之,碱性镀镍层最差;在400~500°C热处理后,多元Ni–Cu–P镀层的硬度最高,其耐磨性很好。The coating's performances for acid electroless plating, alkaline electroless plating and multi-component plating were compared. The corrosion resistances of three coatings were tested by weight-loss method and the polarization curves for coating in hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride solution were measured. The hardness changes of three coatings different temperatures were analyzed and the X-ray diffraction patterns of coating before and after heat-treatment were recorded. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Ni-Cu-P multi-element coating is the best followed by acid coating and the alkaline coating is the poorest; after heat-treatment at 400-500 ℃, the Ni-Cu-P coating has the highest hardness and best wear resistance.
