摘 要:目的利用高频超声研究颈动脉(CCA)、股动脉(FA)粥样硬化与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法对56例冠状动脉造影受检者术前利用高频超声进行CCA、FA内中膜厚度及斑块检查,并与冠状动脉造影结果进行相关性分析。结果随着冠状动脉病变程度的加重,CCA、FA的IMT增厚及斑块的发生率明显高于对照组,尤以多支病变组显著(P<0.01);FA斑块对冠心病预测的准确度(73.1%)高于CCA组(65.1%),CCA、FA两处均有粥样硬化斑块者对冠心病预测的准确度更高。结论CCA和FA粥样硬化是冠心病的危险因素,进行CCA、FA超声检查对冠心病有较大的预测价值。Objective To evaluate the relation of carotid and femoral atheroscleresis to coronary artery disease(CAD). Methods Carotid, femoral artery (CA, FA) uhrasonography and analysis of endothelium - dependent dilation were conducted in 56 consecutive patients who underwent examines of coronary angiography and the correlation between two examinations was analyzed. Results The IMT, and plaque progressively increased with the extent of CAD. The IMT and plaque of patients with multiple diseased branches was highest than with one (P 〈 0.01 ). The predictive accuracy to CAD by detecting the femoral artery plaque was higher than the carotid plaque (73.1% vs. 65.1% ). The predictive value to CAD of atherosclerotic plaque in CA and FA was highest. Conclusion Carotid and femoral atherosclerosis might be risk factors of CAD. The examinated in carotid, femoral artery has great values in predicting CAD.
