摘  要:准确预测汽油调和辛烷值是炼油厂生产达标汽油的关键。本文简要回顾汽油调和的工艺原理,分析当前汽油调和辛烷值模型的优缺点。针对虚拟纯组分法精度不高,仅适用于有限的调和组分的缺点,提出一种新的改进办法,既保留原有方法对信息要求不高的优点,又具有较高的计算精度和普遍使用性。仿真试验表明此法可行,为预测汽油调和辛烷值指出新途径。Accurately forecast gasoline octane number is a key for refiners to meet production standards. This paper made a short review about the technics process of gasoline blending, and analyzed strongpoints and shortages of present gasoline blending models. Based on the shortage of Dummy Pure Elements, a Improved Dummy Pure Elements(IDPE) is proposed. This method not only had the same simple information required as the Dummy Pure Elements, but also had higher precision in calculation and universal applicability. The simulation experimental results indicate that this method is feasible. It opens up a new way for forecasting the octane number of gasoline.
