摘　　要：用鱼粉和豆粕为蛋白质源配制成蛋白含量为35%、40%和45%的试验饲料,喂养美洲鲥幼鱼41 d。结果表明,美洲鲥幼鱼饲料中蛋白质含量约为40%时,幼鱼的生长指标和饲料利用率较好。Three diets were designed with different protein levels of 35% ,40% and 45%. The protein sources were fishmeal and soybean meal. American shad（Alosa sapidissima） juveniles were fed two times a day for 41d to determine their growth index. The results showed that the optimum level of protein in diet for the juveniles was 40%, based on the growth rate, protein efficiency ratio and feed conversion ratio.
