安环止血汤治疗宫环出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察安环止血汤治疗宫环出血的临床疗效。方法:100例瘀热内阻型患者,以自拟安环止血汤治疗3个月经周期。结果:总有效率97%,治疗后症候积分及血红蛋白(Hb)与治疗前比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗后血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活敏时间(APTT)与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:安环止血汤治疗宫环出血疗效确切。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of Anhuan Zhixue Decoction on bleeding after IUD. Method ： 100 patients in stagnated heat and internal resistant syndrome were treated with self - made Anhuan Zhixue Decoction for 3 menstrual cycles. Result ： The total effective rate was 97%. There were very significant differences in the scores of symptoms and Hb between post treatment and pre treatment （P 〈0. 01 ）. Compared with pre treatment, PT and APTT of post treatment were different significantly（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Anhuan Zhixue Decoction has certain effect on bleeding after IUD.
