清热化痰祛瘀法治疗高脂血症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察清热化痰祛瘀法治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法:治疗组41例用清热化痰祛瘀法治疗,对照组37例用辛伐他汀治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率85.4%,对照组总有效率62.2%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:清热化痰祛瘀法治疗高脂血症有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia treated by the method of clearing away heat, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis. Method： 41 cases were treated with Clearing Heat, Eliminating Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis Decoction as the study group while 37 cases were treated with Simvastatin as the control group. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 85.4% while that of the control group was 62.2%. There was very significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The method of clearing away heat, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis has good therapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia.
