摘 要:为将工程陶瓷材料更好地应用于高温摩擦构件中,研究了氧化锆增韧莫来石复相陶瓷(ZTM)与氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷(TZP)对摩的高温摩擦学行为与机制。研究结果表明:ZTM的磨损率随着温度的升高而降低,且当温度高于400℃后,由于其摩擦表面生成了转移膜,出现了"负磨损"现象。ZTM摩擦表面转移膜生成的实质是偶件TZP中的Zr原子向ZTM表面扩散所致。ZTM的磨损机制表现为室温下以微观断裂为主,逐渐转变为高温下的粘着磨损机制。对摩偶件TZP的磨损率随温度的升高而迅速增大,且当温度升至400℃后,则出现了严重的磨损。随着温度由25℃至600℃变化,TZP的磨损机制由微观切削为主并伴有一定的多次塑变磨损,逐渐转变为微观脆性断裂磨损。In order to apply engineering ceramics to friction parts at high temperature conditions, the tribological behaviour and mechanism of zirconia toughened mullite composite ceramic (ZTM) worn against Y203 stabilized zirconia (TZP) ceramic were investigated. The results show that the "wear rate of ZTM decrease with the increase of temperature; "negative wear" phenomenon results from the formation of a transferred layer on the worn surface of ZTM, at the condition of that the temperature .is higher than 400 ℃, the wear rate of TZP increase with the increase of temperature and a severe wear emerges when temperature is higher than 400 ℃. The essence of the transferred layer is the surface diffusion of Zr atoms from TZP to ZTM surface. The wear mechanism of ZTM gradually changes from micro-cracking at 25 ℃ to adhesive wear at elevated temperatures. The wear mechanism of TZP varies from micro-cutting accompanied by plastic deformation at 25 ℃ to brittle fracture with the elevation of temperature.
