行政监督在法治政府建设中存在的问题及其对策

摘　　要：行政监督是我国建设法治政府的重要环节,而建设法治政府最根本的问题就是规范政府及其工作人员依法行使行政权力。因此,应改善行政监督主体的地位,强化内部监察力度,提高行政监督效能,改进行政监督的方式;同时还要提高行政监督人员的整体素质,完善人事监督机制。Administrative supervision is a key link for the construction of a legalized government. Whether such a government can be constructed depends on successful ways of regulating the authority exercise by the government and its officials. Therefore, it is of great importance to promote the status of supervisory body and strengthen the internal supervision as well as its efficiency; meanwhile, the overall qualification of the supervisory personnel must be improved and the supervisory system must be perfected.
