摘　　要：产业转移具有优势升级效应和结构优化效应,西部地区能否充分利用产业转移带来的机遇,关键在于承接能力。西部地区应该采取积极主动的措施改善产业转移的环境;发挥承接企业的主体功能,提高产业竞争力;进而提升产业承接能力,发展西部地区经济。The regional transition of industries in West China carries the advantages of adaptable structure upgrading and optimizing. Whether the opportunities brought by the transition can be made use is subject to the capability of the continuity of the industries. Active measures must be taken to better the environment for the industry transition in the West; the subjectivity of enterprises should be fully played to make them competitive so that the continuity would be safeguarded and the economy in the West be developed more rapidly.
