摘 要:目的调查我院烧伤患者静脉导管感染状况并对其感染菌耐药性进行体外药敏分析,为临床治疗提供参考及指导。方法采用细菌、真菌常规生化编码方法进行细菌、真菌鉴定,用K-B纸片法监测其耐药率。结果从138例静脉导管中分离出83株病原菌,其中金黄色葡萄球菌30株,占36.15%,居第一位,铜绿假单胞菌21株,占25.31%,居第二位,不动杆菌10株,占12.06%,居第三位。这三种病原菌对大多数抗菌药物均有很高的耐药率。结论金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌是烧伤患者静脉导管感染的主要病原菌,且以耐药株为主。Objective To investigate the pathogenic bacteria infection and resistance from transvenous catheter of burn pataints . To guide antibiotics therapy based on the result of drug susceptibility test. Methods Identification of bacteria were used with routine biochemical study. Their resistance rate were screened by K- B method. Results Among 83 pathogenic bacteria strain isolated from 138 sample, Staphylococcus aureus , Pseudomunas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter accounted for 36.15 %, 25.31% and 12.06%, respectively. Most of them were drug- resistant strain. Conclusions Bacteria infection of burn pataints accounted to Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter with high rate of drugresistance.
