微波照射乳房促进产后泌乳效果的研究

摘　　要：目的观察微波照射乳房对促进产后泌乳的效果,并探讨其临床价值。方法依照纳入标准随机选取产妇160例分别置入对照组、口服催乳糖浆组、微波治疗组,口服催乳糖浆＋微波治疗组,口服催乳糖浆组产后当日口服催乳糖浆20 ml,1/8 h,共3 d。微波治疗组产后当日予以双侧乳房微波照射30 min,2/d,共3 d。口服催乳糖浆＋微波治疗组产后当日口服催乳糖浆并予以双侧乳房微波照射3 d。观察四组产后第1天和第3天的泌乳情况、血清PRL水平及乳腺炎的发生情况。结果产后第3天产妇的乳汁分泌及血清PRL水平口服催乳糖浆＋微波治疗组〉口服催乳糖浆组和微波治疗组〉对照组（P〈0.01）,乳腺炎的发生率对照组和催乳糖浆组〉微波治疗组和口服催乳糖浆＋微波治疗组（P〈0.01）。结论微波照射乳腺可以增加产后乳汁的分泌同时降低乳腺炎的发生率。Objective To study the effect and clinical value of breast microwave irradiation on promoting lactation of parturients. Methods 160 post- partum women were recruited according to inclusion criteria and randomly divided into 4 groups： the first group was not disturbed,the second was given Cui Ru misture at the dose of 30 ml once every 8 h p.o. for 3 d,the third group was given breast microwave irradiation 30 rain twice daily for 3 d,and the fourth group was given Cui Ru misture and breast microwave irradiation. The amount of milk secreted on the fLint day and the third day, prolactin （PRL） in serum, and the rate of mastiffs were noted and analyzed. Results The amount of milk secreted for 3 d and PRL level in serum increased in the order： the first group 〈 the second,the third 〈 the forth（ P 〈0.01）. and the rate of mastiffs decreaced in the order：the first, the second 〉 the third and the fourth（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Breast microwave irradiation promotes lactation of parturients and decreases the rate of mastiffs.
