摘  要:鉴定粳稻耐低磷种质资源对我国粳稻耐低磷育种和耐低磷遗传研究具有重要意义。在田间低磷和正常施磷条件下,以单株相对籽粒产量为指标,对来自中国东北、华北、西北、华中、西南稻区的356份粳稻核心种质进行了耐低磷性鉴定。结果表明:东北稻区的平均相对籽粒产量最高,达0.81;华北稻区的相对籽粒产量最低。筛选出76个耐低磷材料、44个低磷敏感材料和236个中间类型材料;东北稻区耐低磷材料所占比例最高,西北稻区最低。Identification of the tolerance to low-phosphorus of japonica rice resources is significant to rice breeding and genetic research on tolerance to low-phosphorus. Using the ratio of plant yield cultivated under low-phosphorus condition to that under normal condition, the japonica rice core collection compring 356 varieties were identified and screened under the low and normal phosphorus cultivated field conditions. The japonica rice core collection was sampled from North-east China rice district, Huabei rice district, North-west China rice district, Huazhong rice district and South-west China rice district. The result indicated that the North-east China rice district has the highest mean relative plant yield of 0.81. Huabei rice district has the lowest mean relative plant yield. According to relative plant yield, 76 varieties with tolerance to low-phosphorus, 44 varieties with sensitive to low-phosphorus and 236 medium type varieties were identified. Considering the percentage of materials with tolerance to low-phosphorus, North-east China rice district has the highest percentage and North-west China rice district has the lowest percentage.
